Pineapple Shrimp Tacos

INGREDIENTS:

10 shrimp - wild caught and de-veined

Taco spice by Siette

Juice of 5 limes

1 red pepper chopped

2 red onion chopped

1 bunch cilantro chopped

1 small pineapple chopped (2 cups)

2 tablespoons of avocado oil

4 garbanzo bean tacos

 

METHOD:

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the taco Siete over the shrimp and coat well. Then sauté shrimp in

avocado oil and cook until shrimp are no longer translucent.

Place the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and add in the shrimp.

Toss ingredients well.

Heat the garbanzo tacos then add 2 tablespoons (or more) of the ingredients from the bowl onto a taco.

You can also add guacamole, salt and pepper if desired.
