INGREDIENTS:
2 handfuls of green beans
2 handfuls of pea pods
1/4 cup of red lentils
1/4 cup of yellow lentils
1 large white onion (or yellow)
1 bunch of kale chopped
4 yellow or orange carrots chopped
2 boxes of low sodium chicken broth or homemade chicken broth
METHOD:
Bring chicken broth to a boil. After it boils bring it to medium heat and add all ingredients. Bring it back to a boil for a few moments then simmer for 20 minutes and enjoy!
