PouRrestore CALM tea latte

This recipe is dairy free, anti-inflammatory, lowers blood pressure plus it tastes amazing!

1 cinnamon stick

6 small whole black peppers corns

1/8 tsp turmeric spice

1/8 tsp cardamom 

1-inch piece of ginger

1 tea bag of CALM tea

1-2 teaspoon of grade B organic syrup (optional)

2 cups of filtered water 

1 cup coconut or almond milk

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small pot with water and either coconut milk or almond milk. 

Bring to a boil for only a minute then bring down the heat to a simmer for 10 minutes. 

After 10 minutes stir in a tablespoon of organic maple syrup, strain the tea into a cup, throw out the tea bag and discard the peppercorns and cinnamon stick. 

 Sit back and enjoy!
