RECIPE: GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE AND SUGAR FREE GREEK SALAD

Ingredients (all organic):

  • 1 cup millet, cook according to instructions
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 purple chopped
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • A handful of pitted olives 

Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Method: Wash and prepare all vegetables, then place in a bowl. In a separate bowl create the dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables, serve and enjoy!
